They are not a software license or a purchase agreement for RestroBuddy POS, RestroBuddy Payroll, or RestroBuddy Inventory, which are covered separately at the time you actually acquire one of those products.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by RestroBuddy. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. What this website is

An informational website for RestroBuddy (RestroBuddy POS, RestroBuddy Payroll, RestroBuddy Inventory) and RestroBuddy's custom software services. It lets you learn about these products, read feedback from other businesses, request a demo, or get in touch about a custom requirement. It does not process payments, does not create a user account for you, and does not run any part of RestroBuddy POS, RestroBuddy Payroll, or RestroBuddy Inventory itself — those are separate desktop applications installed on a restaurant's own PC.

3. Using this website

  • You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to submit a form on this site.
  • Information you submit through Request a Demo or Leave Feedback must be accurate and your own.
  • You may not use this website's forms to submit spam, automated submissions, or anything unlawful, misleading, or intended to disrupt the site or its Reviews section.
  • You may not attempt to access the admin dashboard (/admin) without authorization.

4. Submitted feedback

When you submit feedback through the Reviews page, you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience. Submitting feedback does not guarantee it will be published — every submission is reviewed before appearing publicly, and we may decline to publish feedback for any reasonable reason (for example, if it can't be verified, is abusive, or doesn't relate to using the product). Publishing your feedback requires your explicit consent, given at the time of submission, which you can withdraw at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the product information on this website accurate and up to date, and every capability claim is checked against the real product before being published. Product features, screens, and behavior may change over time as the products are updated. If you notice something on this website that no longer matches the actual product, please let us know.

The content, design, and branding of this website — including the RestroBuddy, RestroBuddy POS, RestroBuddy Payroll, and RestroBuddy Inventory names and logos — belong to RestroBuddy. You may view and share pages of this website, but may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its design, branding, or written content for another purpose without permission.

We aim to keep this website available, but don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions, errors, or downtime. We may update or take down parts of the site at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, RestroBuddy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including reliance on information published on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
