RestroBuddy Payroll is a single Windows desktop application — the backend serves the app and talks to a local PostgreSQL database on the same machine. Attendance, advances, payroll, and payslips all work without an internet connection.

Salary advances, recorded against the month

Record an advance, bonus, or deduction for any employee against a specific month. Once that month is marked paid, its entries lock along with the rest of the record — nothing gets edited after the fact.
